The practice offers in-person and virtual options. Contact us to confirm eligibility, provider availability, and the service format that fits your needs. The office is at 128 Demanade Blvd, Suite 215, Lafayette, Louisiana.

How do I choose a clinician?

Visit Our Clinicians to review areas of focus and professional profiles. Contact the practice if you would like help discussing which available clinician may fit your needs.

What can I expect when counseling begins?

Your clinician will discuss your concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to work on. The treatment process, goals, and practical details are discussed together.

Fees & coverage

Which insurance plans do you accept?

Our Insurance & Fees page lists accepted commercial insurance and Louisiana Medicaid plans. Participation can differ by provider and specific insurance product. Please confirm your selected clinician’s participation and your benefits before scheduling.

Can I ask about self-pay or sliding-scale options?

Yes. Contact the practice to discuss current self-pay fees and whether sliding-scale options are available for your situation and selected clinician.

Organizations & providers

How is consulting different from counseling?

Counseling supports an individual’s mental health within a therapeutic relationship. Consulting and training support organizational learning and care processes; they do not provide individualized diagnosis or treatment.

What is Screen-to-Care consulting?

Screen-to-Care helps healthcare organizations examine what happens after a positive maternal mental health screen. Work may focus on the current workflow, staff responsibilities, referrals, documentation, and follow-up using the organization’s existing resources.

Who can participate in provider training?

Programs can be tailored for hospitals, health systems, medical practices, behavioral health organizations, community programs, health plans, and multidisciplinary maternal care teams. Content is adapted to the responsibilities of the audience.

Are programs virtual or onsite?

Virtual and onsite options are available. Format, audience size, customization, and any travel are discussed during planning and confirmed in the proposal.

Does training include continuing education credit?

Continuing education credit is not included unless eligibility and administrative responsibilities are specifically confirmed in the engagement agreement.

How do we request a proposal?

Call or email with a general overview of your organization, audience, goals, preferred format, and timing. We will discuss the fit and scope before a proposal is prepared.
